Person-Centred Counselling
You’re welcome here, just as you are.
As a person-centred therapist, I offer a space where you can be heard, accepted and supported — just as you are.”
You might be carrying something specific — anxiety, a loss, a relationship that's changed shape.
Or it might be harder to name: a low hum of unease, a sense of being stuck.
Either way, this is a space to slow down and think it through, at your pace, without judgement.

"Loneliness does not come from having no people around you, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to you." Loneliness is rarely about empty rooms. It is about carrying words you cannot say and truths you do not feel safe to share. “

Therapy can give you that safe space to talk, make sense of what you’re going through, and help you move forward.
My role is to offer a warm, grounded and accepting space where you can take the time to explore whatever brings you to therapy.
I believe everyone has within them the capacity for growth and change to move towards a life that feels more true to who you are. Sometimes, though, it can be difficult to hear your own voice — particularly when you’ve spent a long time feeling unheard, misunderstood, or under pressure to be a certain way.

I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, either online or face to face. We can work in whichever way fe
els most comfortable and supportive for you from week to week.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, BACP-registered Person-Centred Experiential Counsellor, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and that being truly heard and accepted can be the foundation for meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, build self-awareness, and move towards the life you want — at a pace that feels right for you, within a relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity.
My own experience of therapy has been transformative, and it's what inspired me to become a therapist — I understand the value of a space where you can speak openly, without fear of judgement.
I work with adults facing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and difficulties with confidence, identity, or self-worth. Whether you're facing something specific or simply feel life has become hard to navigate, I offer a supportive, confidential space to help you find a way forward.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked for many years as a holistic massage practitioner and educator — an experience that gave me a deep appreciation of the connection between emotional and physical wellbeing, and continues to shape my compassionate, holistic approach today. I remain an AYM Institute and CThA UK-approved bodywork instructor, holding ITEC qualifications in Holistic Massage and Deep Tissue Massage from Brighton College of Classical Massage.
Practice description
I work intuitively, offering a grounded, safe space that meets you wherever you find yourself — one for self-reflection and exploration, with our therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work we do together.
Taking the first step can be the hardest part.
